These terms apply to the use of the Site and the booking of cleaning services. We recommend that you print a copy for future reference. These terms do not apply to any third-party services you request through Berose Clean LLC.

Berose Clean LLC is a cleaning service provider offering residential and commercial cleaning services in Atlanta, GA, and surrounding areas. We do not act as a marketplace connecting users to third-party service providers. Any agreement for cleaning services is made directly between you and Berose Clean LLC.

We employ or contract with professional cleaners to perform services, and we strive to ensure quality and satisfaction. However, if there is an issue with a cleaning service, you must contact us directly to resolve it. While we take reasonable measures to ensure the suitability and quality of our cleaning professionals, we cannot guarantee their performance in every instance. If a cleaner causes any damage to your property while providing services, Berose Clean LLC will review the claim and work with the customer to determine a resolution.

Use of Your Account

When booking services on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activities conducted under your account are your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for any misuse or violation of our terms.

Pricing and Payment

When booking services with Berose Clean LLC, you will be required to provide valid credit or debit card details for payment. We may conduct authorization checks on your card before confirming a booking. Service fees will be based on the selected cleaning package and any additional services requested. You will receive an invoice detailing the charges for each cleaning appointment.

A hold may be placed on your card 48 hours before the scheduled service to verify available funds. This is not a charge but a pre-authorization. If insufficient funds are available, we will contact you for an alternative payment method. Failure to provide payment details may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Payment will be processed on the day of service. For recurring services, charges will be adjusted based on the actual duration of the service (with a minimum charge for two hours). Payments will be charged to the card provided during the booking process.If any outstanding balance remains unpaid, we reserve the right to charge reasonable administrative fees, apply interest charges in accordance with applicable laws, and suspend future bookings. In cases of persistent non-payment, legal action may be pursued.

User Obligations

By booking a cleaning service, you agree to provide a safe working environment for our cleaning professionals. You must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time and provide necessary utilities such as electricity and hot water. Failure to meet these requirements may result in a cancellation fee.If for any reason a cleaner cannot attend a scheduled appointment, we will contact you to arrange a reschedule. If access to the property is not possible due to a locked door or other issues, the booking will be considered a late cancellation, and the full service fee may be charged.

If you require a designated parking space for the cleaner and fail to provide one, any incurred parking fees will be added to your service charge. If parking is unavailable and prevents the cleaner from completing the service, the booking may be canceled, and you may be charged the full service fee.

Booking Process and Cancellation

All cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled service time. You can cancel, reschedule, or amend your booking up to 48 hours in advance without incurring a charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a full-service fee.If you book a service within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the same cancellation policy applies. Resolving Issues

We strive for customer satisfaction and encourage you to contact us at [email protected] if you have any complaints or concerns regarding your cleaning service. If a cleaner does not meet your expectations, we will work to resolve the issue, including offering a re-clean if necessary.

For deep cleaning and move-in/move-out services, we offer a re-clean guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you must notify us within 48 hours of the cleaning appointment. Requests must be submitted in writing along with photos documenting the issue. We will schedule a re-clean within seven days of the original appointment.

If you decline the available re-clean dates, the offer will be void.

Due to varying conditions of carpets, we do not offer guarantees or free re-cleans for carpet cleaning services.

Insurance

Berose Clean LLC carries liability insurance to cover damages caused by our cleaning professionals. Claims for damages under $300 will not be processed. For claims exceeding $300, we will facilitate communication with our insurer to initiate the claims process. The final decision regarding compensation is made by the insurer, and the process may take time.

If damage occurs during a cleaning service, you must report it within 48 hours by emailing [email protected] with photos and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be considered.

Suspension and Termination

Berose Clean LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and services at our discretion for any reason, including misuse of the Site or violation of these terms. If your account is terminated, all rights granted to you under these terms will cease immediately. If we terminate your account, you must cease using the Site, and any future bookings may be canceled. If you attempt to create a new account after termination, we reserve the right to cancel services and charge cancellation fees.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or disruptions in public or private telecommunications networks.

Other Important Terms

We reserve the right to transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another business entity. Your rights under these terms will remain unaffected.You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to another person without our written consent.

Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights. If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect. These terms are intended solely for the benefit of you and Berose Clean LLC and do not confer any rights to third parties.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Georgia. Nothing in these terms limits our right to seek legal remedies in other jurisdictions if necessary.
